During the discussion on Human Evolution, this topic was brought up and create some great dialogue between people regarding the evolution of humans from both a scientific and religious viewpoint. Many questions centered around the idea if both religion and science can coexist, as interestingly enough many scientists today believe in both (Nanda, 2012).  Religion itself is an interesting notion and one that could be looked at from a science perspective (Boyer, 2003). What is the connection between the human brain and humans need to be connected to something larger then ourselves?
